Sonco thermally bonds only virgin PVC onto a galvanized strand wire that is pretreated with an adhesive bonding agent. The finished fabric has a minimum of 22 mils of vinyl, per side that will withstand all normal weather and other factors of nature and is UV protected to prevent fading.
Lifeguard fabric is so superior that Sonco is the only manufacturer to guarantee their product for life against red rust.
