OnlineFenceStore.com gathers two types of information about customers: data
that customers provide through optional voluntary registrations on
several of our sites and/or pages and in certain contests and
sweepstakes; data OnlineFenceStore.com gathers through aggregating tracking
information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites
and/or pages and click through on our advertising. This data includes
email correspondence, customer names, billing information, and contact
information.
Email correspondence consists of any email sent to sales@fencecenter.com with any questions or comments. Any email received is retained and the email address is stored for use by OnlineFenceStore.com staff. Email addresses are not released to any outside party unless specifically requested by customer sending email.
Customer names consists of first and last name of customers who inquire or place an order for product from our website. This information is retained for use by OnlineFenceStore.com staff. Customer names are not released to any outside party unless required for purpose of ordering and/or delivery of order.
Billing information consists of information required to bill an order the customer has placed. The billing information is retained as required by law for accounting reasons. This information is not released to any outside party.
Contact Information consists of information the
customer has provided OnlineFenceStore.com for staff to contact them
regarding a question or an order. This information is retained for use
by OnlineFenceStore.com staff. Contact information is not released to any
outside party unless specifically requested by customer.
This information enables us to better tailor our content to customers
needs and to help our advertisers better understand the demographics of
our audience. The only situation in which OnlineFenceStore.com divulges
information about an individual customer to a third party is with;
orders, and then only for shipping concerns; contest or sweepstakes
winners, and then only for shipping concerns; or with customer's request
for direct contact with a contractor from the listing service provided
by OnlineFenceStore.com, and then only with the user's express consent.
OnlineFenceStore.com gathers user information in the following processes:
Contest and sweepstakes
OnlineFenceStore.com offers contests and sweepstakes in which we request
certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information
includes name and email address; in some cases, the user must provide a
shipping address for the winning prize to be sent to.
Contractor direct contact requests
OnlineFenceStore.com offers a contractor listing service to the public
for use. If the customer requests more information from a particular
contractor, and the customer EXPRESSLY REQUESTS DIRECT CONTACT from the
contractor, then OnlineFenceStore.com will release the customer's information
only to that contractor, only for the purpose for which the customer has
requested.
Usage Tracking
OnlineFenceStore.com tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our
sites.
OnlineFenceStore.com sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that customers enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual customers.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain Websites write to your
hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information
such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited.
But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information
you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read
cookie files created by other sites. OnlineFenceStore.com uses cookies to

customers who voluntarily subscribe.
OnlineFenceStore.com delivers newsletters via email to only registered
recipients from our newsletter sign up page. The email tracking system
recognizes the URL that was clicked, and records some information about
you and your computer, such as the email address that you provided to
us, the browser, operating system, and IP address.
OnlineFenceStore.com also uses the feature of your browser
to set a "cookie" on your system. This allows us to measure and report
the click through rate on emails delivered and then better determine
future content.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
OnlineFenceStore.com uses any information voluntarily given by our customers
to enhance their experience in our network of sites and/or pages,
whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites
and/or pages to better prepare future content based on the interests of
our customers.
As stated above, OnlineFenceStore.com uses information that customers voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters, and to enable customers to participate in contests, and contractor listing services. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule, and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. When we use tracking information to determine which
areas of our sites and/or pages customers like and don't like based on
traffic to those areas. OnlineFenceStore.com does not track what individual
customers read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This
helps us continue to build a better service and site for you.
We track search terms entered in our Search function, as one of many
measures of what interests our customers. But we don't track which term
a particular customer uses.
OnlineFenceStore.com creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers and partners. This allows our advertisers to advertise more effectively, and allows our customers to receive advertisements that are pertinent to their needs.
OnlineFenceStore.com uses the above-mentioned information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience's demographics. This is essential to keeping some of our services free. We do not share information about individual customers with any third party, except in the case of; contractor direct contact requests and then only with a customer's express consent; and with customer's orders, only for the purpose of shipping.
OnlineFenceStore.com gives customers options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:

POLICY
OnlineFenceStore.com offers customers the ability to review their information
and/or correct or change the information collected during registration
for newsletters, contests, or order information. Customers may do this
at anytime using out Customer Care Request
form, or via email at

via telephone, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm EST, excluding major
holidays at 888-336-2358.
6. DELETE/DEACTIVATE POLICY
OnlineFenceStore.com customers may unsubscribe to any of our electronic
newsletters at any time by emailing Subscription List Form. Currently,
OnlineFenceStore.com is required to keep order information for 7 years as
required by state and federal law, and this information is not shared to
anyone except for shipping reasons at time of shipping order.
